With over 24 years of hands-on patient care experience as a physical therapist, Roberto has served in acute care, rehabilitation, assisted living, outpatient, and home health. Working directly with seniors and their families gave him a deep understanding of both the progress and the shortcomings of our healthcare system — especially when vulnerable patients are left without consistent support. He founded a private physical therapy practice to bridge the transition for seniors moving from hospital-based care but not yet ready for outpatient clinics. Over time, he realized that true change required more than individual practice — it meant creating a system that meets seniors where they are and grows with their needs. Inspired by his father’s entrepreneurial spirit, Roberto transitioned into healthcare mergers and acquisitions, assembling a leadership team united by one mission: building a sustainable, compassionate ecosystem of care.
