Leadership built around clinical reality, operating discipline and institutional judgment.
QHD's leadership brings experience across healthcare delivery, emergency response, operations, finance, legal and governance.
The team is building QHD around a shared belief that continuity, transferability and disciplined integration matter before scale.

Roberto Go Jr. | Chief Executive Officer
Clinical Strategy & Ecosystem Vision
Roberto Go Jr. brings 26 years of direct clinical experience to QHD, grounding the platform's acquisition and transition philosophy in frontline healthcare reality.
Across his clinical career, Roberto repeatedly saw how fragmented transitions can affect patients, families and providers even when the clinical care itself is strong. Those experiences shaped a core QHD belief: durable healthcare outcomes depend on operational continuity as much as clinical expertise.
At QHD, Roberto leads the platform vision, acquisition strategy and external trust posture. His focus is ensuring that growth decisions remain consistent with QHD's governing principles: structure before scale, integration before expansion, and care before capital.
WHY CONTINUITY MATTERS
Over more than two decades in clinical care, Roberto repeatedly encountered patients like Mary whose recovery became more difficult after leaving the clinical setting. The challenge was not necessarily the quality of any single provider. It was what happened between providers: fragmented communication, transportation barriers, inconsistent daily support and unclear responsibility.
Those recurring experiences helped shape a central QHD belief: strong clinical care also depends on operational continuity.

Lars Bernstrom | Chief Operating Officer
Integration Execution & Operational Discipline
Lars Bernstrom brings a frontline emergency-response and operational perspective to QHD's approach to transition and integration.
His background as a paramedic and firefighter informs a disciplined view of continuity: stabilize the situation, establish clear responsibility, maintain coverage, and avoid introducing complexity before control is established.
At QHD, Lars focuses on execution discipline, transition planning, integration readiness and the operating structures required to reduce founder dependency while protecting service continuity.
WHY CONTINUITY MATTERS
During his years in emergency response, Lars repeatedly encountered seniors whose immediate emergency was only one part of a much larger problem.
One recurring experience is reflected in the story of “Margaret,” a 78-year-old woman found on the floor of her home after being unable to get up for hours. Around her were signs of a life becoming harder to manage: expired food, unopened mail and missed appointments.
After Lars helped her, she expressed the fear underlying many of these encounters: losing her independence.
Emergency response could address the immediate crisis. It could not, by itself, solve the isolation, missed care and fragmented support contributing to it.
Experiences like these shaped Lars's view that healthcare continuity requires more than responding when something goes wrong. It requires reliable systems, clear responsibility and consistent support around the individual.
